Countryside Mitsubishi works with customers throughout the Chicagoland area and also offers Concierge Service for shoppers from out of state or outside the country. Whether you plan to complete your purchase remotely, travel to Chicago, or arrange vehicle shipping, our team is here to make the experience as enjoyable and convenient as possible.

STEP 1

Select and secure your vehicle

Begin by selecting the vehicle you would like to purchase from our diverse inventory. Once you have made your choice, secure it with a $1,000 debit card deposit before moving forward with the payment and paperwork process.

STEP 2

Confirm your payment option

Choose a cashier’s check or bank wire and complete the required paperwork through a secure e-signature process. Financing and leasing are also available. We will send you the appropriate application, review the terms with you, and overnight the paperwork with a prepaid return envelope.

After we receive the completed paperwork, funding may take up to two business days. Once funding is approved, we will finalize the purchase.

STEP 3

Pick up or ship your vehicle

After your paperwork is received and the funds are approved, you can pick up your vehicle in person or schedule shipping to your home. Shipping costs vary based on location, and competitive rates are available throughout the United States.

Yes. Vehicle shipping is available throughout the United States. Delivery is free if you live within 50 miles of our dealership. Otherwise, visit the page for the vehicle you are interested in and select Ship Your Vehicle to receive a custom shipping quote.

Every vehicle on our lot meets Illinois safety requirements. If your state has different requirements, Countryside Mitsubishi is not responsible for costs needed to make the vehicle comply with your state’s standards.

Our vehicles are sold with minimal markup so we can pass the savings along to our customers. Our concierge pricing is designed to save you real money compared to other dealerships offering the same vehicles.

We can provide a quote to equip your vehicle with new tires and brakes at no markup over our cost. Because these are wear-and-tear items, we cannot reimburse customers for tires or brakes after the sale.

Most of our inventory has been driven in Illinois and may not be accustomed to extremely cold temperatures. If you live in a subzero climate, consider having the vehicle checked before a deep freeze to ensure it is properly prepared.

Absolutely. For additional peace of mind, we can arrange an independent vehicle inspection through AIM, a third-party inspection service.
